Trillium Farm Holdings, LLC (Trillium Farms), a mid-Ohio company, is the largest egg producer in the state. Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall direction, completion, and budget of each assigned project including but not limited to remodel, refresh and roll out scopes.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned projects and the development of each from beginning to end.
Manage every aspect of the development process including consultants, general contractors, vendors, specialty contractors, budgets, internal departments and landlord interaction.
Manage each phase of the project including entitlement permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, turnover, and project close out.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Familiar with contract administration.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Cost estimating.
Quality control and assurance.
Budget development, forecasting and management.
Proficient in facilities or new construction.
Foster and enhance subcontractor and vendor relations.
Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staff.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field of study preferred.
3
years of relevant work experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and purchasing.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to implement leading-edge technologies such as BIM and LEAN a plus.
PMP and/or LEED certified a plus
